Vital Information:

Hours: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Saturday

• Fitness Coordinator available 2 p.m. 6 p.m. Monday - Friday

• "Buddy System" is needed when working out alone. Check the "Buddy Board" to check when supervisors are scheduled.

 

General Fitness Activities:

• Circuit Training • Aerobic Dance • Kickboxing • Aerobic Barbell Class • Basic Kettleballs • Yoga • Bodybuilding Class •

• Fitness and Aerobic Classes are scheduled throughout the year (Fall Schedule Coming Soon)

• Raquet Ball Court: There is a sign up sheet for hour blocks. "Wallyball" equipment is also available. Membership or day pass is required.

• Gym Use: Regulation size basketball court available for members/day pass when other events are not scheduled. We have equipment for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and dodgeball. Locker rooms are available for use.

• Cross Country Skiing

• Golf Practice Net

Fees:

• Student (16-18 years old or show a student ID) $20; Single $30; Family $40 per month.

• Day Pass: Single - $5: Family - $10
